Dog Hotel

A commercial landmark in the heart of Malibu since 1948, Sandpiper Kennels was built as a show kennel for Airdale Terriers. After changing ownership in the late sixties, Sandpiper opened to the public as a boarding facility.

1998 came new ownership again and is under a new name, Sandpiper Pet Hotel. Sandpiper sits on an acre and a half overlooking the ocean. All of our spacious dog runs are 30 feet long 5 feet wide indoor / outdoor with ocean views. We have 3 large sand play area's and an area to bath and brush your pet. We also have a professional and caring staff member living on site. All of our staff has extensive years of animal care and experience.
